• All purchases are final unless a product arrives damaged, in which case it will be replaced immediately by Dragonfly Aromatic Oils. To receive a replacement, you must notify us within 48 hours of order receipt.

• Orders are mailed via USPS Priority Mail and usually include a tracking confirmation via email.
